Guidelines for fair play and community standards
L2 Atlas Rules
Important: These rules apply to all players and users of L2 Atlas.
By creating an account and playing on our server, you agree to abide by these rules.
Third Party Software
Any 3rd party software is forbidden.*
Bug Exploitation
Exploiting any bug is forbidden. If you have noticed a bug in the game, please report it in the forum's bug section. Before reporting, please ensure your game client has the newest updates required for our server.
Bug Reporting
Administrators are usually informed about bugs such as mobs stuck in terrain. If you see anyone exploiting them (ramping, etc.), report it to support@l2atlas.net with evidence (screenshots or videos) as it is a punishable offense.
Mount Exploitation
Strider/Wyvern exploiting to overcome map limitations will be punished with bans. Please report such events with screenshots.
Valakas Exception
Valakas ramping is excluded from rule #4. It has ramping protection by itself (Lavasaurus).
Impersonation
Impersonating Administrators, GMs, or claiming to be their "friends" will result in a ban. Administration doesn't have friends in-game.
Item Responsibility
We will not be held responsible for the loss of any items or experience while playing the game. Under no circumstances will items be replaced or refunded.
Respect & Community
Respecting other players is key to a friendly community. Racism, Nazism, or abusive comments towards others will not be tolerated. We will take appropriate action against anyone violating this rule.
PvP & Role-Playing
PvP and Role-Playing are definitely encouraged. You will not be limited or punished for engaging in these activities.
Evidence Required
Any accusations against Admins or other players must be proven with screenshots or visual material. Otherwise, the accuser may be banned for slander.
Fair Play
Please make an effort to keep the game fair and fun for all by following these rules. If you think someone is breaking any rule, please report them to administrators.
Database & Account Policy
All database information is administration property. Character/account/item sales or exchanges for real items/currency are forbidden. Administrators will never give out your account information to third parties, but we reserve the right to manage it as needed. Administrators do not sell anything - any such requests will be treated as disrespect.
*Third Party Software Definition
3rd party software refers to programs that make your game easier or change the client in ways unapproved by administrators. In other words, any program that would give you an advantage against other players (Bots, Auto clickers, HP viewers, etc.)
